Accident Statistics Survey 2021

Please find in the link the accident statistics survey for 2021 along with a word version of the pro-forma.

If you can complete this and return to me by Friday 28th January please, as soon as I have all the data I will compile the usual data report to enable you to benchmark against the industry averages, etc.

The 2020 data collection only had support from 84% of the Members – If possible we would like to return to the 100% support for this please.

The compiled data report will be returned to those that contribute their data and will not be made public or shared with any outside organisations unless it is in the best interest of the Industry to do so.
