BCSA AGM and National Meeting – 20 June 2019

The 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 20 June at The National Liberal Club, Whitehall Place, London WC1, commencing at 1.30 pm.

The AGM will be preceded by a buffet lunch at 12.30 pm and will be followed by the National Meeting (2.10 pm – 3.30 pm).

I enclose the following documents for your attention in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Association:

  • Formal Notice of the AGM
  • Form of Proxy
  • Booking form for AGM/National Meeting
  • Audited Accounts

Members are reminded that the aforementioned documents should be in their possession at the AGM and are requested to strictly observe the dates stated in Notes 1 and 2 at the end of the Formal Notice for the AGM.

A booking form is attached to this AMM which should be returned to the undersigned by not later than Friday 7 June.
