BCSA Membership Assessments – Timely Renewals Reminder

Members are reminded that the completion and submission of the electronic assessment form is a mandatory part of membership.  Forms should be submitted prior to current certificates expiring in order that companies continue to be ‘advertised’ in the Directories.

Members are reminded that the mandatory membership assessment process should be completed in a timely manner. Electronic notification of an upcoming renewal is sent 8 weeks prior to certificates expiring. Notification is sent again one week before the month in which the renewal is due, and again when the renewal is one week overdue.

All Fabrication Member companies must undergo an annual assessment, the first (and every third year) will be a physical assessment visit followed by two consecutive desktop audits. The assessment defines the company’s capabilities in terms of two primary criteria – Class and Category and will be assessed against the core criteria for health and safety as given in the PAS91.
