BCSA Operation and Maintenance Manual Template

Members have informed BCSA that more and more Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals have to be completed using the main contractor’s format/template which takes much more time to complete that BCSA’s O&M template. Members are reminded that in 2012 BCSA issued an Operation and Maintenance Manual template to help members provide the necessary information for a building project’s Operation and Maintenance manual.

A copy of BCSA’s O&M template is attached to this AMM. Members may use the template in full or a reduced template to suit individual projects.
