Canada Anti Dumping Inquiry into Fabricated Steel Components

The Canada Border Services Agency has initiated a preliminary inquiry into the dumping of certain fabricated industrial steel components, including from the UK. The inquiry also extends to products used in fabrication such as sections, plate and possibly tube.

A number of members have received a letter from the Canada Border Services Agency that says their company has been identified as a possible exporter of certain fabricated industrial steel components to Canada.

This memo provides further information and contact details for the Department of International Trade who can assist if any members are affected.
