CE Marked Products Imported in to Great Britain after 11pm on 31 December 2022

After 11pm on 31 December 2022, the CE Mark may no longer be used and the UKCA Mark must be used instead for placing products covered by a harmonised/designated standard on the GB market. Some members are concerned that CE Marked products ordered before the end of the year may not be imported into the GB until after 11pm on 31^st December 2022 and therefore may not be allowed into Great Britain. The attached AMM gives the latest government thinking on this.
