Net Zero announcements
The Government has published both a Net Zero Strategy and the Heat and Buildings Strategy.
Building on the Prime Minister’s 10 Point Plan, the Net Zero Strategy sets out how the UK will deliver on its commitment to reach net zero emissions by 2050; while the Heat and Building strategy highlights how households will benefit from £5,000 government grants through £450 million Boiler Upgrade Scheme to help install low-carbon heating systems.
